Habits take away the friction, the inertia, which prevents one to Act.

A right reward becomes an essential tool to speed up the activity. A reward can be like upgrading your level or receiving a letter of appreciation from yourself or buying yourself something which adds intensity to the routine activity.
Looking for tiny margin of improvement in everything you do -To acquire consistency, human brain continuously looks for the benefits it is extracting from the activity. The accumulation of these small results marks the considerable progress and growth in the desired area.
